We had to put our old cat, Ali, to sleep. ='( But we got a new cat named Harley. We got her from our Aunt and Uncle, Greg and Marianne. They named Harley, Harley because she purrs like a Harley Davidson. We've enjoyed watching Harley play and fall asleep on guests. We all love Harley and are looking forward to the joy Harley will bring us!

About the video below...

Fourteen years ago, our ward had a "celebrity" talent show. Ted and I were asked to do something so we decided to be Sonny and Cher...but Cher was taller than Sonny...thus the cross-dressing. Ted is still reminded of that night by many of our friends in Texas. The only claim to fame that might equal this is the "Johnson Move" which we will never be allowed to forget (thanks mostly to Curt and Craig!).

My brother Greg helped me figure out how to convert this tape to a digital format so I could include it here. We call him often for computer support! Thanks, Greg!!! Enjoy!

Wow! We did it!

After looking at the blogs of our nieces and nephews, and saying several times, "I would have loved doing that when our kids were young" -- I finally decided to join the blogging world!! This may be the only time I ever post anything, but here goes!!! Ted is already in a panic as I've spent several hours trying to figure out this new project! He's very kind and careful not to say anything, but I see the fear in his eyes!!!
